FxPro KYC for UAE Residents. What to Prepare

Accepted ID
Passport photo page or UAE Emirates ID (both sides). Image must be uncropped, no glare, expiry date visible.
Proof of address
Recent utility bill, bank statement or government letter showing name and UAE address, usually within 3: 6 months per broker policy.
Common delays
Nickname mismatch between card and account, PO box only on bill, or blurry phone photos. Fix resubmission is faster than arguing with support.
Step by step in FxPro Direct
- Register with the name exactly as it appears on your passport or Emirates ID. Spelling differences are the most common reason a file comes back.
- Upload the ID: the passport photo page, or both sides of the Emirates ID. Shoot it in daylight, flat on a table, with all four corners in the frame.
- Upload proof of address: a DEWA, e& or du bill, or a bank statement, with your name and UAE address on it.
- Answer the profile questions honestly. They can affect which products and how much leverage the entity offers you.
- Wait until Direct shows the account as verified before you fund a large amount. Withdrawals stay locked until verification is complete.

On a UAE work visa the passport is usually the simplest main ID. Keep the Emirates ID at hand in case the upload screen also asks for proof of residency.
